A Supper Club, Not-So Underground

One of the biggest challenges in the restaurant industry today is to stay consistent and to maintain the same high standards that were set on opening night. Repetition often leads to boredom and routine can lead to cutting corners.

With Plate by Dzintra, the mission is to keep spontaneity always fresh. Each dinner party is opening night and every dinner is unique. Each is prepared in private homes of individuals who enjoy the mystique that surrounds a genuine dinner party, with the option to select from cuisines and flavors from around the world.

The food I cook with is hand-selected to insure ultimate quality and flavor. If a fish and I don’t see eye-to-eye, it will never befriend your plate. I use only fresh herbs grown in my own garden. I treat everyone with kindness and care. The only caveat is to enjoy yourself, and clean your plate…
